I made this cake for my best friends daughter, she wanted a bling cake. I thought it would be easy, but it proved to be a challenge. All those diamonties especially the initials, each one was placed by hand and twice as many flung off into space......... but I am pleased with the end result and all the hours that went into it. The main thing was that the bride loved it. Thanks for looking

Did this cake for my 12 year old daughters teacher who had just had a new addition to the family. All the children pooled together and had a surprise party for him when he came back to school. I got to do a cake and the characters represented the teacher, his new son and older son. My daughter is so looking forward to taking this cake in and surprising him with it and I had fun doing it for her. Thanks for looking
This was a little xmas cake I did for my best friend who lives on the gold coast in queensland so I did a sea theme, just to be a bit different
Had fun doing this one - was a bit of a challenge though getting the runout mix right, had a few breakages along the way, so got lot's of practice.......... Use a flower spray support stand and insert the bottle and wired bubbles, pack with icing to hold firmly

This was an extra rich fruit cake I made to take to work that had all the leftover icing and decorations that I had made for the "Old Fossil's Wedding Cake" All edible except for the ribbon.
Made this for my horse mad daughter using marion frost's patchwork cutters. It's a chocolate mud cake with fondant icing that was quick and easy to make thanks to the cutters and hadn't left myself much time - thanks for looking
Made this for a work colleague's brother who is a mad South's supporter (Australian rugby league team) It is a rich fruit cake with fondant icing. Everything is made from the fondant (sugar paste) and royal icing except for the rugby ball which is a candle and my fiancée made stainless steel goal posts which I covered in floral tape.

This is a cake I made for a friends 21st. It is a mud cake with chocolate fondant icing. Made an icing mold of a skull, then when it hardened made fondant skull then hand painted it to get an aged look to the bones, sand is crumbled shortbread, money was only ready made item added everything else was made from fondant - thanks for looking
Getting Married in a couple of weeks on a Sand Cay out on the Great Barrier Reef and because we are an older couple and love the sea enjoyed making this a little different. Everything is edible except for the skeleton couple, tried to make a mold but couldn't get the detail right. My Hibiscus isn't quite right either but will keep practising, so much fun and so much inspiration and ideas from cake central, thanks for looking.
