My Brother didn't want any fondant for his birthday cakes, so they are with Chocolate dough and icing.

Christmas Snowman Cake
Originally the cake was supposed to be a princess cake, but at the last minute the Mom wanted to change the cake for a Halloween Birthday for her 7 year old daughter's birthday costume party. Didn't want it to be too spooky. This was my first Halloween style cake. Was hard to decide what to do!
1st B-day cake. Day shared with her sister's birthday which was a Halloween party. Her mom dressed her as a butterfly and wanted the smash cake to match Kinzi.
This one was difficult to carve because it was a chocolate chip cookie cake. I still think it turned out pretty cute and my step sister loved her cake. She thought it tasted fantastic and just called to ask me to make another because it was the best thing she's ever eaten.
I'm very proud of this. Pictures do not do it justice! I haven't done that many wedding cakes and this turned out beautiful!
Only had one night to make this in so I used fondant decorations combined with some toys. It turned out cute and was a big hit!
Cake & Mini Cupcakes. Multi flavors-choc/raspberry, vanilla/mocha, grand marnier/BC w/fondant. Heat proved difficult when transporting it during 2 hour drive, but it turned out okay.

First time making these butterflies. Love them. Fun to make. The gal having the baby loves butterflies and was having a girl. Tried this new way of showing pic in Picasa. Thought it was a cool way to show the different angles.
I did this for a fellow at work who was retiring and he raises Alpacas. He also loves Tamales, so I made a fondant one for the base. Only my second carved cake and I was pleased. Heck I didn't really know what an Alpaca looked like before I had to make this cake.
I made these butterflies once before, but usually it takes 2-3 days...I forced these to work for an afternoon/eve event a started them that morning. I was surprised they turned out as good as they did...I did loose quite a few to breakage.
Made these at the same time as my star cupcakes. First or second time on cupcakes ever. I like them a lot and have made more since.
I made these Guiness Beer cupcakes for a co-workers B-day in one night at his request. Wish I had more time. I think they could have been really cute. He still liked them.
Girl I worked w/asked me to make this for her friend's wedding shower cake. She wanted a TT cake with a love/pink and chocolate theme. My first TT tiered cake. Organic Chocolate, Marble, Very Vanilla Bean w/ chocolate and Vanilla bean BC - simple. I was please w/ how it turned out & I hear the bride to be loved it....wished it was her Wedding cake.
Had some trouble with the stability. Still I thought it was sort-of pretty. Carrott cake with cream cheese icing filling and MMF/Gum paste decor.
BD cake for my co-workers birthday. He loves his beat up bronco, so we decided to try and copy it complete with dents and rust. He loved it.
This is the top. I like it. Mel was really happy with it. Should have taken pics after dusting off corn starch. TY!
