Snowflake Cake
This is the cake I did for my brother's wedding. I don't remember the person that created it first but thank you. It was a huge success. Of course here in Alabama we don't get much snow so my "flakes" are melting (ha ha). He and his new bride loved it. And they didn't want the traditional bride topper and they collect elephants so I found a beautiful elephant topper.

Fall Mums And Leaves Wedding Cake
This is the bridal cake I did this weekend. I used artifical mums. The reception hall was beautifully decorated in fall colors and the mums, leaves and the fountain just blended in perfectly. On the satellite cakes I used fall colored maple leaves and then just tossed the rest on the table and around the bottom of the fountain.

Diane's Birthday Cake
Ok I loved working on this cake. Diane is my Pastor's wife. I thought it turned out very nice. It is a white cake with lemon filling. I don't have the airbrush yet so getting the pink done was challenging for me but worth the effort. I used petal mauve and just a little bit of lavender to acheive the dark mauve on the flowers. And yes she loved the cake.

Glenn's Wedding Cake
Ok I really disliked this cake. It has little dots all over it. Very simple but to me lacked alot of elegance. While I was setting up several of the bride's attendants were watching and said she didn't get a cake topper so at the last minute I added some buttercream roses on top.

Carriage Cake
This is the biggest wedding cake I have ever done. The tiered cakes with fountain are all dummy cakes. And the side cakes and the middle heart is real. It fed 150 people. I used 6, 8, 12, 14 round pans and then for the heart cake I used 9 inch sitting ontop of the 12 inch round. All buttercream. No filling. I had a wonderful time making and designing this cake. The bride gave me full designing rights and she and her husband really loved it. I also decorated the table as well. Sorry about tilt.
