Castle For The Birthday Princess
This is my very first castle. Thank you to everyone who gave me advice and for the ideas in the picture galleries. It is a chocolate 10" round base and a 6" dummy on top. The cake itself wasn't too hard to decorate, just time consuming with all the details. Thanks for looking.

Engagement Daisies
I did this cake this weekend for an engagement dinner. She requested a pink heart with her favorite flowers and the quote "just the beginning...". It is a yellow cake with extra special buttercream icing. I did basket weave on the sides. The flowers are fondant. Thanks for looking.

Bamboo And Ocean Waves
This is the cake my mom did for my friends wedding last year. Since my mom doesn't make cakes anymore and I do she asked me to make the topper to match her cake from last year. It is stamped on each side with a wave stamp and bamboo (rolled butter cream) lines the edges. Thanks for looking.

Cake For A Graduation Party
i was asked to make a sheet cake to match the girls scrapbook paper she was using to put her senior pictures on. it is strawberry cake with strawberry filling and cream cheese icing. this was my fist time doing a fbct-i think that is the letters for frozen buttercream transfer. it was so much easier than trying to pipe each flower freehand onto the cake. thanks for looking.

Another Practice Cake
This is another practice cake with my new set of dummy cakes. I have never done wedding cakes before and am trying to get into that part of cake decorating this summer. I need help with how to get that cornelli lace more uniform. Anyone care to share their tips, I would much appreciate it. Thanks for looking.

Practice Wedding Cake
I finally got the time to play around with my new dummy cake set. I have never done a wedding cake before, but am looking to start doing them this summer. Just wanting to get some practice and photos for my portfolio. I definitely need more practice/help on the scroll work. Thanks for looking.
