My niece and nephew had a joint birthday party. My nephew had a pirate theme so I made him a Pirate Treasure Chest and my niece had a Luau so I made her Flip Flops with a fondant Lei. I combined them together by putting them on a graham cracker beach under a rice krispy treat Palm Tree,

Elegant Wedding Cake
Cake I made for my son's wedding. The bride had given me some specifics that she wanted on the cake, like round and she wanted the scroll work. She had seen some of the other cakes I have made and told me to work my magic. So this is what I came up with. Both the bride and my son cried when they saw it.

Spring Cake
Birthday Cake I made for my daughter's 10th birthday. She wanted "Spring in the Fall" It's White Cake covered in Wilton's Pastel Green Fondant. Gumpaste rocks painted with silver luster dust, Pre-made icing butterflies and flowers, sour gummy worms covered in sugar to make them look like caterpillars. The river is gel icing that I let sit over night on the cake to let if "flow" down the cake and to form the pond at the bottom. The fish are Swedish Fish that I cut the heads and tails of some to make them look like they are jumping into and out of the water.

Tinkebell Cake
This idea for this cake came from another photo I saw here on CakeCentral and my daughter fell in love with it. So I made something very similar to it for her 8th birthday this Oct. Unfortunately it got very warm in our house so the pillars started to sink into the cake and made it lopsided.

First Castle Cake
I did this castle for my daughter's 9th birthday. This is my first fondant cake. And the castle didn't come out any where close to what I pictured in my head. haha. But she was happy. The first two layers are chocolate and the bottom layer is golden. For the turrets I used ice cream cones, both regular and sugar. And then I used the Wilton Color Mist or what I like call "edible spray paint".
