my second stacked cake, 1st time using a rice paper decal.. and well needless to say by morning my rice paper cracked due to the top cake collapsing a bit.. i guess i need more practice on this!... but it was delicious!!
I made this for my sister's birthday :) first time doing a stacked cake like this, i even ran out of food coloring and the ketchup looked pinker then i liked , as well as the frosting i made was a lil too runny.. still need some practice! but i made the cakes and frosting all from scratch using recipes i found here! :) thanks!
