Beach Cake
3 tiered funfetti cake! I used buttercream icing, piping gel for the water, sugar colored light brown for sand, the palm trees, fish, and sea shells are candy melts and the flip flops are candles. I used a Wilton Beach themed wedding cake as inspiration but changed it around to make it kid friendly.

Gumball Machine Disaster
Okay this is a great idea, but if you are a klutz & slightly scatterbrained as I am, this is not a good thing to try :o) First of all, why on earth did I try to do all the icing in cream cheese icing? finally got it smooth, put it together and moved it one tiny little bit and the whole thing came crashing down... This picture is after i hurriedly put it back together and tried to ice it again... didn't work so good. Thank goodness for sisters though - she loved it anyways :o) The gumballs are 30 cents since it was her 30th birthday!

Tinkerbell
So my original intention was to do the Tinkerbell Fairy tree in the 2009 Wilton book, but the party plans were changed and I didn't need a cake near that size so I did this little one. Used the big cupcake pan - strawberry cake. One million fondant leaves, royal icing flowers, tinkerbell candle. Even though it wasn't what i wanted to do, i think it turned out cute.
