3 Tier Wedding cake. Bottom tier fruit cake, middle tier plain spone and top tier chocolate cake. White roses and sea holly made from flower paste.
This cake was made by a friend and she asked me to ice. Didn't release the cakes were not flat, if you look closely you will see the none straight edge. I tried to cover it up the best I could.
The picture the thistle look blue but it was a dark purple and green colour.
The top tier is Fruit Cake and the individual cakes are chocolate sponge. In total 150 small cakes with a rose on each. It took me a total of 70 hours to do.
Bottom Tier is chocolate, top tier is plain sponge
Orchid Sponge Wedding Cake
Winter Wedding Cake with Red roses and Mistletoe. Each rose was made individually to match the bride's dress. In total 60 roses were made. The mistletoe didn't take long to do.
