Apple spice cake covered in buttercream w/ fondant "basket", apples are RK coated in chocolate and fondant. Wish they weren't so bumpy :( I wanted to add some red coloring to the apples and staples to the basket, but was too pooped. TFL!

This cake was made by Linda Brown Cakes of Lakeland, FL. 12" square, 9" round in chocolate and vanilla, 6" round lemon vanilla, topped with fresh flowers. It was beautiful and matched everything perfectly! The photo doesn't show the colors well, it was a honeydew green and coral. All buttercream.

Caramel cake w/ brownie middle, filled with caramel. Covered in Satin Ice. Top heart is Reces peanut butter heart covered in fondant, brushed with luster dust. Intended to have a little "jail" around the big heart, which explains the "You have captured my heart" but it didn't work :( Oh well, My man loved it anyway :)

Royal icing gator head ... looked perfect until I tried to put it on the cake. I was pretty upset it broke apart. Don't know what went wrong. Made for the National Champ game tonight.
