The school my kids attend celebrated their centenary year. I was asked to make 560 cupcakes & a huge cake. The cupcakes were for the learners so that each child could have a piece of cake. I wrecked my brains for weeks. I then settled on the cupcakes all placed together &decorated like a normal cake. I made 16 "cakes". It was a huge success. The kids loved them. I did all this in two days. Now I know what it is like to burn the midnight oil. No sleep for 24 hours!!! It was a challenge!!

My daughter did this when she was 10. It was around the time I started cake decorating. She would watch me and then try on her own. She entered this for a competition but unfortunately did not win!!!
Did this for my son's 4th birthday. He was over the moon with this cake. He is now 6 and won't hear anything about Spiderman. It is just Yugioh and Power Rangers now. Kid they are amazing.
