Little Asia Is A Graffiti Artist As My Crayon Covered Walls Will Attest To So A Color Your Own Cake Seemed Perfect For Her Third Birthday
Little Asia is a graffiti artist as my crayon covered walls will attest to. So, a color your own cake seemed perfect for her third birthday. The cake was blank and each guest was provided with edible markers. The fondant figure represents the birthday girl.

A Peacock Cake Created For Shantay Simons I Made Each Feather Of The Tail Individually Using A Mold And Fondant I Couldnt Find A Peacock
A Peacock cake created for Shantay Simons. I made each feather of the tail individually using a mold and fondant. I couldn't find a peacock so had to mold one from aluminum foil covered with fondant. Then i covered it with tiny gumpaste feathers. Strings of white pearls ran through the tail.

Lovely Fairies
This cake was created for a couple who were having a Medievial wedding. He was a prince, and she was the princess. The flowergirl was a fairy. I found a cake top of a fairy couple kissing, and designed the cake to fit it. The roses took hours to make, and that was the hardest part. The bottom tier represented a fairlyland. There was a little waterfall amid all of the greenery there.

Tara's Cake
This is the cake I made for my son, David's, formal wedding reception in Murry, Utah. A few days later we had a "gathering" in Pocatello, Idaho which featured a smaller cake, and David's groom Spiderman cake. This was adapted after a cake Tara chose from a reception magazine. She also wanted a fountain, and I wanted it larger, so created six satellite cakes to go around it. Alas, two of the satellites were damaged during transport. I had several sizes of pillars with me, so staggered them instead.

David's Groom Cake
My son wanted a Spiderman cake for his wedding. I swear the webs on the middle tier did not look that big at home. The caterer set it on a table set with beautiful crystal and punch bowls. I was so embarrassed! I had hoped it would be hidden in a corner. My son was delighted. He especially enjoyed the spiderman hanging from the first tier on the right side.

Duo Color Hearts
Heart shaped cakes decorated with half of each tier decorated in white, and the other in purple. At the reception, a fountain was placed below the bottom tier. A problem I ran into was what flowers to use to keep a balance. I finally gave up and used pearls overflowing a china bowl.
