I decorated a plain iced Costco cake for my son's 4th birthday. The dinos were toys and everything else was edible. The volcano had a juice cup inside so we could add dry ice and water for "smoke" when the candles were lit.
I copied this idea from another Cake Central member for my son's 2nd Birthday. I simplified it by using dyed coconut for grass and I only made the hippo and alligator out of fondant. The other animals were fisher price toys.
