New Year's Eve Wedding
All of the layers were the same vanilla cake with bavarian filling and my cream cheese icing. I used fondant pearls with champagne and pearl dust decorations. I also used some siver dragees on the bottom tier. It was topped with gumpaste flowers and leaves. That second tall and slightly hourglass shaped cake was a little difficult to ice since they didn't want fondant on the entire cake. I was please with the way it turned out.

Rooster Cake
This was a groom's cake. The cake was red velvet with cream cheese icing covered in fondant and airbrushed. The 2 legs were big dowels screwed into the wooden base with another wooden base screwed to the top of the llegs. I glued a piece of styrofoam under the top board for the bottom of the body. I used cereal treats to shape the head and tail. He just kind of came to life once I airbrushed him.

Angie's Wedding Cake
Top and bottom layers were red velvet. Middle layers were vanilla and chocolate. All were covered in cream cheese icing and then a peach colored fondant. I used chocolate fondant brushed with silver and gold luster dusts for the scroll work. Fresh flowers were also used on the cake.
