This is a 2 tier cake with cupcakes for my Granddaughters 5th birthday my 1st cake after hand surgery.
Grandson #3, loves Cheeseburgers also, so this cake went with his cousins. The party was a joint one , so I made a 8" round, Poundcake"bun",with chocolate cake burger,buttercream condiments. Thanks to all for their hamburger cakes used for inspiration. Suggest more frosting on the side in ketchup & mustard containers. Fun cakes to do.
Grandson #4 wanted A Cat and Cheeseburger cake, I used the mini bear,poundcake w/buttercream, and the Cheeseburger was a 4" poundcake"bun" ,Chocolate hamburger, buttercream condiments. Thanks to all hamburger cakes used in research. Only complaint was we needed more frosting, Will use $store ket/mustard containers for x-tra frosting next time.
Client wanted Roller Skates w/ cup cakes, this is my 2nd carved cake and not to horrible I think?! The skates are choco,(this did not help support,but could not talk them into pound cake) and the cupcakes are white , all Buttercream frosted ,with dougnut wheels on skates,White Chocolate skate molds on cupcakes.
1 day notice for a little friend moving to Az with his mom. Cake is 12"sq white w/BC filling and frosting, Not my best,but I thought it was cute.

This was for a 4th Birthday, The boy loves WWF,10" square cake with chocolate covered pretzel posts and for the ropes I used licorice whips. They added mini-"guys" on the cake at home.

My Grandson Rhett's Birthday, Had to celebrate on Christmas Eve, But we always do a cake just for him. Square 10" cake, chocolate with buttercream frosting and stormtrooper is dark chocolate tinted black. Stars are chocolate and buttercream.

Millie always wanted a bathing suit instead of sweaters for her Dec. B-day, the snowlady laying on the lounge chair has on a bikini-the rest of them are laughing at her, waiting for her to take a dip! So they can sit in the chair. Cake is 8" round torted white cake with Raspberry filling, and buttercream frosting, The snowpeople are all rolled buttercream and the snowflakes are molded white chocolate.
This is a full sheet cut into thirds then layered , filled and stacked. All chocolate cake. Buttercream filling & frosting. The lid is ricekrispies and covered in icing then fondant, Ice cubes are clear Knox Gelatine, and Beer cans are real, empty from the bottom and enjoyed after the decorating was done. This cake goes with My Square Tribute Wedding Cake. And a big thank you to all the cooler cakes and ideas about the ice cubes to all....THANKS!!
The Roses on the side of the cake were in tribute to the grooms mother who passed away over the summer. The cakes are all white with buttercream filling and frosting. 3 cakes of each size split and fillled then stacked ,12" , 8" and 6" Roses are silk.
Jen is 30, a new mother of Twin Girls and a great friend,Her cake is a 6"& 8" square cake, her favorite, white w/ raspberry filling and white chocolate raspberry frosting, sanding sugar and curling ribbon complete her surprise cake.
