Grilled Cheese Sandwich

This was made by cutting a 13x9 inch cake in half and layering with yellow/orange icing in center, ( for cheese). I melted some of the icing in the microwave and poured it near the edges of the ist layer to look like melted cheese. I also cut the halves a little to shape more like slices of bread.
