This cake was made for a friend who was hosting a bridal shower. The colors were tiffany blue, brown and pink but I chose to leave the brown out (except for the fudge cake on the top tier). Bottom is white chocolate with buttercream dream; top is fudge cake with choc buttercream, covered in MMF. Roses are MMF. BTW, these are my first fondant roses!
This cake was for a little girl who was turning 4. She was sure the bride doll was cinderella so we just went with that. My castle did not turn out like I wanted it to. I waited too late to make it so it didn't have time to dry well and started to slump over a little. Any suggestions are appreciated. TFL

Made this cake for a baby shower at church. Cake is white choc with buttercream filling (bottom) and strawberry filling (top) with BCD and MMF. I didn't know the mother to be so I went extremely simple with the cake. The baby was a little funky so I have a lot of work to do on figures but overall I was happy with the finished product. This is a HM cake for a little girl - also named Hannah. The bottom was white chocolate layered with buttercream and covered with MMF. The top was white chocolate with strawberry buttercream and MMF. I was able to snap this picture just before it was taken away by the birthday girls grandmother. wish I could have gotten a picture out of the box!

This is my first FBCT. Not sure I'll do another one anytime soon. Did this cake for a coworkers daughter who is a gamecock fan. The big Clemson/Carolina game is this weekend. Any suggestions on how to improve the FBCT? Also, need to practice writing on bc. It's not nearly as forgiving as fondant! TFL

Mr. Scarecrow - 10" round on sheet. Round is fudge with cookies and cream filling w/BCD icing covered in MMF. Sheet is white choc w/ BCD filling and icing. Pumpkins are MMF. I got the inspiration from here on CC for this cake. I had a wonderful time making it. TFL!
