Chocolate pound cake with cookies n cream filling on bottom, volcano is deep chocolate with cherry filling (think black forest), chocolate icing and crushed oreos. White chocolate shells. Volcano was made to erupt with "lava" after candle blown out (thanks playingwithsugar!). For my friends housewarming puja, eggless saffron cake with pistachio filling iced in RBC, then painted with colors and dust. Top made to resemble rangoli with leaves on side like thorana that is hung over the door. Bottom painted in ethnic design.

I tried different shapes, it was a while back and have no clue what I was thinking, but enjoy the laugh. Was blueberry cream filled poundcake and I put in front of the tv for the pic because it looked so funny, like a robot or something.

I hate this cake. Did it for Thanksgiving one year and tasted good but looks bad! Spice cake filled with lemon curd, iced in BC. Marigolds look brown, were supposed to be orange! Ooops!
