My Daughter's Wedding Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's wedding in October. It wasn't near as perfect as I would have liked it, and the middle layer had that nasty bulge i couldn't get rid of, but nobody noticed but me. We had a lot more cake than we needed, but it was all eaten so it must have been good. My ex-husband ate 3 pieces! LOL these were my first gumpast flowers. WASCC with raspberry filling and Indydebi icing.

Bichon Christmas Package
I made this cake for our vet. We have two bichons, Cagney and Lacey. Cagney, the male loves to eat tissue so he has a piece in his mouth on the cake. Cagney's head completely slid off the cake once and I had to rebuild the thing. But in the end, it turned out alright. It's the first cake of this kind for me and certainly I learned alot with this one. It's all buttercream except the lid which is styrofoam with MMF covering and the pinecones are royal icing.
