Graduation cake for brother & sister. One is going to UWM, majoring in Marine Biology and the other is going to MATC, majoring in Business. Cake is covered in BC & MMF. All deccorations are MMF/Gumpaste misture.
4-tiered wedding cake, covered in BC. Used scroll texture mat to imprint pattern, then piped over. Used black ribbon and black edible beads for borders. Flowers were fresh roses.

Used Wilton dome pan for doll dress; sitting on an 8" round. Covered in BC & MMF. Decorations are MMF. Used pick doll - for top of dress, dipped doll in chocolate and pink chrystalized sugar, then carved out the neck & arms.
Cake is an Ice Cream cake, using the Dairy Queen recipe. Kids are are made mostly of gumpaste (heads are little dummie suckers dipped in chocolate). Other decorations are gumpaste & MMF.
Castle is 4-layer cake, covered in BC & MMF. Turrets of castle are RKT covered in MMF - tops are gumpaste. Birds and pigs are RKT, dipped in chocolate - details on birds are MMF/Gumpaste. Slingshot is also RKT covered in chocolate.
Cake is 2-layer 10" square for bottom & 1-layer 8" round for top, both covered in BC & MMF. Used Wilton mold for stripes on sides. Plane & helicopter are fondant. Wrestlers are made of gumpaste.

This was for a Retiree. Base is 10" square covered in BC &MMF. Clock tower is four 6" 2-layer cakes, stacked & covered in BC & MMF. all decorations are MMF and/or gumpaste.
All cakes are covered in BC & MMF. All other decoration is MMF (except for tassle - bought that at the dollar store). Used wafer paper for the cover of the small book.
This was my first try at one of these. 4-layer 9" round cakes. I added gumtex to the fondant to make it a little stiffer. Simple roles on top are fondant. Letters are gumpaste/MMF - rhinestones are not edible.

12" single layer for bottom covered in BC & MMF. Flowers are all made of gumpaste & MMF/gumpaste mixture. Top tier is 3-layer cake covered in BC & MMF. Rainbow & sum are gumpaste. Used a 12" round cake board for cloud - original intent was to use cotton candy, but that didn't work out because of the humidity - so I covered the board with cake scraps and used BC to make the cloud. The rain is silver wires beaded with piping gel, the stuck up through the top of the cardboard.
Two-tiered cake covered in BC & MMF. Diamond pattern on sides with edible pearls. Letters on top are MMF with rhinestones (not edible). Heart and borders are also MMF.

Carrot cake covered in Creamcheese Buttercream frosting. Blanket is made of fondant and decorated with various edible designs.

Cake is carved from a 1/2 sheet and 1/4 sheet. Covered in BC & MMF. Tiger stripes and bead border are MMF. Stars are gumpaste, sprayed silver.
