These little cakes turned out to be a lot more work than I had thought they would be. I made one for each of my children as a Thanksgiving table decoration/dessert.
This is a design borrowed from Collette Peter's "Cakes to Dream On"--a sculptured heart cake, covered in fondant and airbrushed with different colors (though I ended up painting luster dust over the top).
