I got the idea for these from CC and thought it would be great for a party I was invited to. I had been saving cake scraps from the last couple of cakes I did. The green eyes are vanilla carmel cake with cream cheese, the blue eyes are german chocolate cake with cream cheese, and the yellow eyes are carmel chocolate cake with cream cheese with pecans. They were a big hit.

A lot of questions about this cake I hope this helps some of you. When you place the head and shoulders on the corner it sticks out a bit on either side of the cake I just filled in the gap with frosting to give it a more round body shape. I did't get a picture with the goal posts in it becauce it wouldn't have fit in the box but my customer loved it and promised some pictures later.
