2 year old's birthday cake. I cut the shape out of a sheetcake, then drew the design. All buttercream, fondant clouds. This was a fun one!

A friend asked me to make this cake for a chili cookoff with all proceeds to benefit the American Heart Association. They were going to raffle it off, but she told me later that they all loved it so much they wanted to eat it...so they did. Can't blame them, it's cake!
Octagon shaped, all fondant covered. Top and 3rd tier carrot cake with cream cheese filling. Other tiers almond pound cake with raspberry mousse filling. Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

This is a birthday cake I did for two people at work. I was very disappointed with the way it turned out--luckily they loved it. I am supposed to send a pic of this cake to a possible wedding cake client, but I'm almost embarrassed to do so. Funny how the camera magnifies the flaws!
