2-9" white rounds w/ Wilton's stabalized whipped icing w/ strawberries throughout.

Butterfly Cake

2-9" round cakes cut in half and inverted. Carved out indentation of wings. Used snow white buttercream frosting which had meringue powder in it. Icing was too stiff to enjoy. Won't use it again. Icing was difficult to spread. Least favorite cake to make.

Monkey Birthday Cake

3/4 white cake. 1-6" round cake pan used to split for carving out the ears. A ceramic cereal bowl used for the muzzle. Quite fun and whimsical.

Birthday Cake W/ Roses

3/4 white/chocolate cake w/ buttercream frosting. 1st time to try roses. Very hard when learning from a book.

Strawberry Kiwi Cake

2-9" round cakes with white cake and Wilton's stabalized whipped icing w/ fresh fruit on top and in the middle. This is a huge hit.

Steeler's Cake

3/4 sheet cake of dark chocolate fudge cake with buttercream frosting. Used the Wilton football pan for 3-D effect. My husband's a huge Steeler's fan.

2-9" round carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

A supervisor wanted one cake to celebrate 2 employee's birthdays. 3/4 sheet cake w/ white cake and buttercream icing. They loved it. Very unusual looking.

Carousel Cake

2-12" round white cake w/ strawberry glaze in the middle w/ buttercream frosting. Middle is Wilton's carousel. Top is 1-10" white cake w/ 1/2 round cake made with a stainless steel mixing bowl. This was my daughter's first birthday cake. Everyone loved it. The very top round cake comes off for her to mess up. Took 3 cake mixes and about 15 cups of icing.
