Wilton Class - Fondant Bow
This was a cake decorated in one of the Wilton classes...very fun to make
Karen's Golf Bag
This was a birthday cake for my former boss - a golf addict! I made it to match her golf bag. This was my first non-class use of fondant - and I had so much fun with it! Thanks to everyone that gave me tips and pointers along the way!
"fml" Birthday Cake
This Smiley Face with a Bullet was a cake for a family member, who thought turning 20 was the worst thing that could happen...her Mom was basically sick of hearing about it!
Debbie Brown Puppy
This is a picture of the fondant puppy I learned to make at Cake Camp '08. Debbie Brown was a great instructor
Climb Your Mt Everest
This is a cake I made to celebrate the successful end of the "Climb your Mt. Everest" promotional challenge at my sister's gym. I thought it was a little weird to celebrate a fitness challenge with cake...but, hey, they burned the calories, they deserved it!
These are some beagle cupcakes I made to celebrate my pup's 6th birthday. The directions and inspiration came from Hello Cupcake!
Thanks to alanahodgson - her cake inspired mine! This is a chocolate frosted chocolate cake covered with vanilla rolled buttercream. The ball in the back is hollow and made from read and white candy melts. This was my first attempt at fondant figures...a lot of fun!!!
Wilton 3 - Final
This was my cake for the final class in Course 3. I loved making the fondant roses - so much easier than buttercream!!
I made these cute little ghost cookies for my niece so she'd see that ghosts don't have to be scary like her brother says! They are NFSC and RI and I outlined them with chocolate.
I've been dying to make one of these puppy cakes and thanks to the awesome directions PINKBOX sent me, I finally did! It was so easy and fun to do!
Paws For A Cause
I made these cookies to encourage my co-workers to sponser me and my dog Toby in a walk for a local breast cancer foundation. They seemed to work - we're up to $200.00!!
Butter Cream Roses
This si the cake I made in my Wilton course 1 class last night...Thanks for all the tips and pointers on makeing and transporting the roses!!
