Principal Retirement Cake
I was asked by our school to do a small cake for a reception at school for our principal's retirement. I saw a cake by finally928 on this site and decided to use a quote similar to hers. The cake is a 9x13 white cake with white icing, the poem is an edible image and the flowers are fondant daisies.

Flower Pot Cakes
Chocolate cakes baked in 4" clay flower pots, with chocolate icing and crushed up chocolate Teddy Grahams for the "dirt". I used 3 different sizes of daisy cutters with neon orange, pink and yellow fondant and glued them to their sticks using buttercream icing. These were for teacher gifts for the end of the school year.

First Wedding Cake
Here's my first wedding cake, done for a wedding tonight. White cake and buttercream icing and flowers. 12 inch on the bottom and 8 inch on the top. The bride loved the White Roses cake by Hockeymom, but wanted pink and yellow, so this is what I came up with. There was a topper that I put on once I delivered it, but I forgot to take my camera with me.

Snowflake Cookies
I made 4 dozen of these cookies this week. One of my good friends has adopted a baby from Guatamala and the christening is this weekend. They were using glass ornaments with snowflakes on them on the tables at their reception. I used the no fail sugar cookie recipe and royal icing. Only the "lines" have been coated with sanding sugar.
