My first attempt at applying an edible image and making buttercream roses. Not my colour choices (customer's choice), however I'm still happy with how it turned out.
I made this for my husband's friend's 30th birthday. He's a golf fanatic. It is a chocolate cake, iced in buttercream. I used blue colored gel for the water and graham cracker crumbs for the sand.
