Harry Potter Every Flavored Bean

My kids are crazy for Harry Potter. So they told me of the story of the every flavored beans. I made four cake in soup cans! Wrapped them in red foundant to make them look like a bag. The topped them off with flavored jelly beans.

Cage Of Royal Icing

I put the cake together with fondant on the cake and then covered it crazy with royal icing swirls. Sprinkle with ediable glitter.

Purse Cake

This is a chocolate marshmellow fondant recipe I got from Cake central. Just the best tasting. I made the cake for where I work... at Cold Water Creek ladies clothing store. I took the cake from their collection and the plate is one that they sell also. I blew away my co-workers because none of them knew of the cakes I make. They had never seen anythink like it.

Purse Cake

I went to saks firth avenue website to see the lastest designs for purses. I made a hummingbird cake. Covered the fondant. I lost one cake to tippy over the night before this was done. So watch out they are not that easy. Lucky I had a fozen 12 inch cake in the wings!

Painting On Car

I was experimenting with Wilton's paste ... dipping a million tooth picks in the jar and swirling it around on slightly dry cookie glaze. Reminds me of Jimmie Hendrix

Buttercream Transfer of Tinkerbell. I used a white outline on it inside of the standard black as I have done on most BCT.

Shower Cake Presents

Cheapest cake dummy around a cardboard box covered with packaging tape to make it moisture proof. I used an old tupperware lid for the bottom to hold to box away from the cake so I can use this over and over again.

Mosaic Heart

I demonstrated this cake in front of my child's kindergarten class. They helped put on the fondant squares that I painted with luster dust before hand. I frosted the cake with Italian Buttercream Meringue.

Baseball Cake

Royal Icing covered the base of this cake and buttercream made the white part. The ball was fondant over styrofoam.

Red velevt cake with cherry syrup in it. Royal icing for the snow ball and flowers and scrolls.

Groovy Pink And Orange Flowers

Lemon cake with lemon pudding in a oval shape. I covered the cake with white fondant and then used gumpaste for the rope and flowers. The white dots are buttercream.

Whimsical Desi

Fondant covered cakes with a "MILLION" pieces of circles and squares in gumpastes. The topper is styrofoam carved and covered with gumpaste. White squiggles and dots are royal icing. This cake was for a 5 year old's birthday mad hatter party.
