Mostly just cake and butter cream frosting (recipe I got from this site was very good!). Put edible glitter on top, and glued a non-edible boa around the base. Also had a sparkler in the shape of a 4 on the top.
Made for 3 year old boy's birthday. Frosting for everything except candy corn teeth and white chocolate chip fingernails and toenails.
