White cake inside (colored turquoise) iced with Wilton Buttercream with snowflakes cut from gum paste. Surrounding cupcakes are chocolate cake with snowflakes formed with royal icing. Towers on cakes are sugar ice cream cones covered with royal icing and rolled in colored sugar.
Beer Pong 21st Birthday Celebration Cake. Mini red solo cups are filled with a lemon jello shot with a foamy top to look like beer. PSU logo, braids and paws were made from modeling chocolate. Inside it is blue velvet (same as red only blue!).
