Three tier cake on a Wilton iron rack. Each layer is a different flavor: bottom, oreo; middle, orange cream; top, strawberry. Icing is Wilton buttercream recipe smoothed over frozen cakes (yes, there's no fondant!).
White cake baked and shaped like a flop. Icing is buttercream spread as smooth as I could get it. Polka dots are green buttercream. On the cupcakes, it's reverse. On cake board, I spread some icing to adhere the grahm cracker crumbs to resemble sand, and the thongs are Sour Patch Straws. (White cake mix - boxed, and simple Wilton buttercream recipe).
