My Wilton I final cake! I went into my last class trying to use the techniques I hadn't quite tried yet so I had my instructor there for help. I definately need to work those roses but I will get it EVENTUALLY! And that shell border just wasn't working for me either. I did the browns as I wanted to try out the chocolate buttercream recipe in the wilton I book. Off to Wilton II...until then, practice, practice and Cake Central!!!
