Pastor Anniversary Cake - Stained Glass
Cake I made for my Pastor's Anniversary. Carved out of min-loaf shaped cakes, 2 across and 3 down for the cross, and then one each for the banner on either side of the cross. Really fun to do - the stained glass is done with the wilton gels outlined first in black. Very time consuming and tedious though. Would have liked to have more time to complete the sides, but I'm still proud of it! Thanks to everyone who gave me suggestions in my post about doing something like this...I appreciate it !

Neighbor's Birthday Cake
my neighbors are 3 sisters who live together, and their birthdays are all within a week of each other's - very cute...this is my second paid order - i tried to ice it with buttercream dream mixed with a tub of whipped topping....horrible idea. by the time i had smoothed it and walked it 15 feet next door it was sliding onto the cake board. decorations are candy melts. they are soooo easy to work with, and they keep much better than b/cream, i wish they could be used for everything!

Brother's Housewarming Cake
Chocolate fudge cake with Buttercream Dream, tasted very much like an oreo. I took the cake scraps from the hump, dried them out a little in the oven, and crumbled them on top of the cake, then did the cornelli on top.... This is the cake that was so moist that it was "talking" to me
