First attempt at this , 3x 8 in rounds and 2x 6 in rounds , carved and ganashed with milk choc then covered in fondant :)
This was again harder than i thought, trying to balance the top layer on the chocolates not as easy as i thought.
My first "official cake". All fondant.
Bottom is choc cake, top butter cake(some kids in class cant eat choc). White mmf painted black. My first "public cake". Will never do black again, shows too many flaws.
My first attempt at BC. Used the upside down method, need to work on sides. Very scared about borders etc, but will keep practising.
4 layer Tirimisu cake. First try at chocolate collar. Turned out ok, very yummy
