I think this would have looked better without the columns, but that's what they wanted.
buttercream with mmf accents
The face guard is made from wire with icing piped on it.
I entered this cake in the NC ICES competition at the mall in Charlotte.
I had trouble with the mmf wrinkling at the bottom. If you have any tips on how to not have that happen, I would appreciate it.
