This is a two tierd anniversary cake i made. It was suppose to be threee but in the night the third layer split and the top two fell through.. i was really upset by it, but they loved the cake anyway!! First multitierd cake...ever..lol...

A Cake that i made for a friends mother. It was my very first time making buttercream sunflowers, i tought myself from the wilton website. It wasnt as hard as i thought it was going to be :) I made them a pieces of parchment paper and then put them in the freezer and when they were hard enough i just transfered them on..then added leaves and vines. First time doing the whole leaves thing too!!! It was fun and a great learning experience!
I made this pink cow cake for my sisters 21st birthday. A chocolate cake covered with pink fondant with black spots! It was yummy and lots of fun!
My very first half sheet cake. There were actually two. this one and the other had an edible image on it, but it was accidentally erased off my camera before i had a chanve to upload it. It was so much fun to do and i learned so much from everything!!
I made this cake for a Family BBQ for the newly founded Patterson, Ca. Mama's & Me group. A group for stay home and working mothers and thier families!!! My first time making shell borders (which i taught myself, lol) and using an edible image! Everyone loved it! I also wrote some words around the edges. (Family, Friends, Love, Kids)

I was really proud of my self when i put this all together. It was my very first attempt at a tiered cake. I thought it looked pretty good for a first try, lol!!
A chocolate cake with yellow tinted buttercream. I made this for a goodbye party at my moms work. She is a dispatcher for a tow truck company. Their trucks are blue and yellow so i incorporated it into the cake! This was my first sheet cake of this size and it was definitly very interesting, lol, i had a difficult time with it. I actually havent done another sheet cake since, lol!!! I didnt know how the do the shell border so i did a star border instead and the Tow truck is made of fondant.
A chocolate and Vanilla alternating layered cake w/ buttercream icing and fondant decorations :D I used florist wire for the decor at the top. Lots of fun!!!
The Finished product!!! I used a 12x18 sheet cake pan and cut it into different sized squares starting at a 8x8 and working my way down to a 2x2. Its a lemon cake with buttercreme icing and m&m decorations and i pipped on the "lights".
The Finished Product! It was a huge hit! Everyone loved it! And, instead of making the wings stand up, i layed them down its side to make it a sleeping dragon.

Here is a side view of the cake, the only problem i had was the frosting kept trying to metl and run down the sides, lol. I guess i am just going to have to make a stiffer frosting next time :D
I made this for my fiance's 21st birthday. He loves the Boston Red Sox. This was my first time ever working with Fondant. It was alot of work but really fun. The only problem i had was with the cakes. For some reason they didnt bake the right way, lol, but i still had lots of fun and everybody loved it!
My first attemp at any kind of shaped cake. A 10 in. round and a 8 in. round cakes and four cupcakes. It was one of the funnest cakes ever. One little mishap, i ran out of black frosting and had to finish the left side with white. I guess its all trial and error.
I made this cake for my son's 2nd birthday. It was so much fun to make except for the 100 degree weather trying to melt it!
