Wedding For My Mommie
I flew to California and made this cake in 9 hours for my mother's wedding. Four flavors - coconut cake with cream cheese filling, chocolate cake with milk chocolate buttercream, carrot cake with mandarin orange cream cheese filling and vanilla cake with lemon filling. The guests ate right through this cake so quickly it made my head spin! Mommie was happy.

25Th Anniversary
In my defense the topper has sentimental value, it's from thier original wedding cake! It's what the client wanted, I did my best to blend it in! French vanilla andtriple chocolate tiers. Oh, it's Satin Ice purple fondant, really humid here so it sweat like crazy so if you use purple, keep it refrigerated until ready to serve.

Fall Wedding, Fall, Wedding, Cupcakes, Cupcake
The Bride wanted a Fall themed wedding and 4 different flavors of cupcakes. I built the stand from wooden boards I painted a deep brown, then I placed fall leave in small candle bowls and gorilla glued them in the middle to build up layers. he flavors were, white, chocolate and spiced rum. The cake on top acted as the grooms cake as a fun flavored milk chocolate cake and marshmallow fondant covering.

Butterfly Wedding Cake
The theme was butterflies, "A New Beginning" and the accompanying grooms cake was done in black for a leather look because they are biker, but didn't want it to be too literal! Fun, all tiers are different flavors one being a chocolate cake with mint filling colored the same blue on the cake.

Grandfathers 80Th Birthday
I live in New Jersey and flew this cake as my carry on in three oieces to Oakland, CA. It made it there fine, but the fondant settled a little wierd. Re-covered two layers and placed the pictures I printed at home on icing sheets, when I got to the venue. Overall, it came out okay! He was over joyed.
