Made for a two year old boy. Mom wasnt happy with the colour- too pink. She wanted the same colour as shown in my album but as colour wasn't mentioned I made it red. But didnt come out as red. Can anyone suggest a colour paste brand that has darker red pigments. I used Red Red and Christmas Red from Wilton and some black and still cant get the right Red. :(

Initially I wrecked this cake and managed to salvage it by turning it into a storybook.. glad the mum was just as happy.
My very first wedding cake! Was very nervous doing it and looking at it now should have written the names the same font and size as the 'congratulations". THe bride to be wanted a very simple cake with five roses (white with pink tips). SHe was happy with the result which was great for me.
This is the sailboat cake I did for a 4oth bday. I mucked up on the words - should have done it in cursive as cream frosting was too soft for print. Client didnt complain - or maybe becoz she didnt take a close look...yet..... Oh well.. I know better next time. i think I went overboard (no pun intended) on the sea as well.. too many white bits.
This was made for a kids chirstmas party that another mom and I organised. My "wascally" two year old loves Pooh Bear and friends and wanted piglet and rabbit in the "tree trunk" as well.. I couldnt get them all in. Porpotions are abit out but what the heck! Hopefully everyone felt abit cooler after viewing the cake as we had a really hot day.
