THis is a wedding cake I did for my friend... all I did was the deco, she baked and everything! All in all, it was a pretty sweet deal! She provided the flowers, the boards, the chocolate leaves and the cake. I did the icing :D

These were my first MMF cookies. I used NFSC and MMF... they're just for practice, but I think for the next batch, I'll try to get a little bit fancier with some embellishments...

This is my final cake from course 1... I did the upside down icing technique to get nice smooth icing.
had to pre-make and freeze a bunch of roses for my final cake... they turned out alright. The edges of the petals turned out scalloped because I think that my icing was too dry, but it still looks okay.

This is a pic of my Wilton I class 2 cake... I didn't want to do the creepy clowns so I did swirl flowers. It turned out alright, even though i was in a bit of a rush.
