I made this cake for my nephew's baptism. I adopted it from a cake that I saw by junecakes(member). Buttercream icing, yellow cake with canoli filling.
This is the first time I have ever used fondant before. It was quite the experience too. My attempt at a tiffany's box cake -for a girl friend's Bridal Shower. I wasn't to happy about the final product but the party loved it.The filling of the cake is cream cheese w/ ameretto.
