This cake is an oldie .i got it out of a 1980 something wilton book .. i have already had five phone calls just from one party ! i used the ball pan , and i star tipped it .. man i hate to star tip , but she wanted it just like the picture. it turned out great!

this was my first st. patttys day cake , it is made from white cake , and mmf ... i used garland around the hat , and the bottom , just to be more festive... this cake was so much fun. and well worth the time . i entered it in a contest for our home town . i will find out later how we did ... wish me luck ... i have the leprechaun...

this was my first "play" with fondant ... i thought it turned out pretty good , my five year old cut out the polka dots , we had lots of fun making this cake ....
this is one of my fav. cakes , my son was so mad when the lady who ordered it picked it up ... it is also all butter cream , and i did use pipeing gel for the stream and volcano .....
