Fondant mocha cake with dark chocolate truffle filling and mocha buttercream, and gumpaste rose sprays. Cake is adapted from a picture provided by the birthday girl. I used Jeff_Arnett's fluffy cake recipe flavored with coffee granules. It's moist, light and tasty. Everyone loved it!!! Thanks so much Jeff for sharing your recipe.
