I made this wedding cake for my sister-in-law in June of 2009 to match her flower arrangements perfectly. It is white butter cake with BC frosting.
This was my first attempt at a 3d cake. Got the idea from wilton.
I did this cake for my daughters 5th birthday. She couldn't decide on a theme cake so I just gave her more gifts! The bottom cake is white with whipped cream frosting and fondant and the top cake is strawberry and chocolate checkerboard. It was a hit!
