Topsy Turvy Caketastrophy
This is the bottom tier of my 3 tier topsy turvy cake. Not sure what happened with this cake as I used the SPS support system... Any advice on what I did wrong? This all happened after the client picked the cake up. The middle tier did seem a little wobbly to me, but I never expected any of this.. The last picture in the bunch is before she picked it up.

Hollywood Themed Banquet Cake
This is the cake I made for my daughter's drill team banquet. We did a red-carpet/Hollywood theme, and this is the design I came up with. The cake was a huge hit with everyone, and I was really proud of how it turned out... The bottom layer is 14 inches, the two film reels are 10 inches, and the top tier is 6 inches. Please let me know what you think!

Petite Rose Cake
This is a small stacked cake (6 and 4 inch) I made for my grandmother's birthday. First time making fondant ribbon roses and leaves, and I was pretty pleased with the way it turned out. My icing is not very smooth and looks pretty bad in the picture, but this was kind of a rush job.

Beach Bag
Cake made for one of my daughter's friends. She wanted it to look like a beach bag with stuff spilling out of the top of the bag. The cake is a 10 inch square chocolate, filled with chocolate cookies & cream filling, frosted in chocolate butter cream and then covered in fondant. Accents on the cake are fondant (sun lotion bottle, flip-flop, sunglasses, palm trees, flowers) and the shells are chocolate. I was very pleased with how this one turned out!

Cello Birthday Cake
Cake shaped like a cello made for one of my daughter's friends. They planned a surprise for her on the day of her birthday and asked me to make this cake since she plays in the orchestra at school. I thought it turned out really great. The cake was chocolate and was frosted and filled with chocolate buttercream with fondant accents.

Police Badge
This is a cake made for my best friend as a surprise. She recently graduated from the police academy and was being sworn in as an officer. The cake was chocolate with cookies & cream buttercream filling and frosted in buttercream. The decorations on top were fondant and royal. She was very surprised when I showed up at the swearing in and loved the cake.
