Loved making this cake. Banana, pineapple, coconut and macadamia cake with a white chocolate & cherry mousse filling with Mango BC and MMF the fondant for the tree branches is chocolate, blossoms are gumpaste and the stamens and flower stems are floral wire. I didd use about 3 toothpicks to help secure the branch to the cake then put a blossom on the end of each one to disguise it. I also piped buttercream around each cake. any comments are appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to look.

My Daughter requested a Dora princess mermaid under the sea with nemo castle cake. Whew I think i got it all in there, at least most of it anyway. top two tiers are triple chocolate chunk pineapple banana and coconut cake with chocolate buttercream throughout whole cake. 3rd layer is orange and wild blueberry sponge. bottom is vanilla sponge and ganache filling. mmf, nemo is fondant
