strawberry shortcake hat cake is covered in fondant and gumpaste bow and fondant strawberry decorations. Mini strawberry cakes are semi carved and covered in fondant. Letters are wired and covered with gumpaste. Took me longer to cover the mini strawberries since the base is smaller and kept having pleats.
