Lovingly adapted idea from cake by MessIET, which I think she found in an older Wilton yearbook. Didn't have the patterns so I just freehanded everything to fit a 12" round. TFL!

Thank you cake for an orthopedic surgeon who wouldn't take a cash tip for caring for my friend's daughter. She threatened to take the $100 and buy toilet paper to wrap his house.
