Melted Snowmen
I heard about this from a friend of mine and we tried to make them. I added water to the buttercream icing to make the snow really fluffy. The heads and noses are made out of fondant. The eyes and mouths are food marker and the hats and buttons are dabs of black icing. The idea is that the snowmen look like they are melting.

Walking In A Winter Wonderland
This is a Strawberry and White Checkerboard cake surrounded by a winter wonderland of decorated trees and a couple of snowmen. There is an overhead view and the back view as well as the front view. The snowmen are doughnut holes with a pretzel stick in them and then covered in icing. The decorated trees are sugar ice cream cones that I broke into different sizes and covered with buttercream star tips and then covered with tiny sugar lights.

Take-Out And Sushi
Take-out box with sushi rolls I made for a 12 yr old who wanted an Asian themed birthday. The sushi is Twinkies cut and wrapped with Fruit Rollups. It is a chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream icing. The Chinese symbols on the cake I found on Google. They represent love, Sara, and Happy Birthday Sara.
