This is my first castle cake & stacked cake!! I had quite a bit of trouble with the BC crusting for the impression mat, but it evenually turned out ok. Sorry the castle edges look kinda funny, I changed/colored the background on my computer, b/c of all the people behind it! Thank you so much mconrey for your great instructions, idea, and help! Thanks also to all who helped me with my first raspberry filling and pricing issues! I can't wait to do this cake again! =)

My first MMF cake! I was pretty pleased with it, but disappointed that the photo was blurry!
I made this cake for my grandmother's b-day! I had lotsa fun making it! But I don't know what's up with the bulge on the front! (I didn't even know it was there until I saw the photo!) Any tips on why it has a "bulge" and how not to get one? Thanks!
This was my final cake for course II. I need a lot more practice with the basketweave and rope border, they didn't turn out so great! But I had a lot of fun doing it! =)
