Here it is...my first. They wanted it lit up (lights in bowl & fiber optics in the top) with ribbon and roses and initials. I learned a lesson - don't use real buttercream in Richmond in the summer. It was 95 degress and no matter how much I tried, it did melt a little and made the ribbon look crooked. I'm still happy with it. Enjoy!
A 12X18 sheet cake carved to shape and decorated in BC.
This is a chocolate cake with BC icing. The clowns and puppiies are made of RI (store bought clown heads and balloons). BC puppy feet along the sides. Colors made to match the invitations.
This is a chocolate cake, covered in BC and coconut to look like snow. Added edible spinles to give it that sparkle like snow. Fondant presents, glued with RI & filled with M&Ms (Yum!). RI christmas tree with silver & gold dragees. Store-bought Santa.
This was made to celebrate my son's football season's conclusion. Used the 1st and 10 pan over a half sheet cake.
This cake is a copy of the invitation for a baby shower. Half-sheet cake carved to the shape and decorated.
My son really enjoyed his birthday cake. He loved the gold dragees & wanted the whole thing covered in them. This was fun to do together! The car is made from candy (purchased the set), and the flags are cookies.

This little girl's favirite color is red, so I made her this cake with balloons and streamers. The streamers are fondant, and the rest is BC.
A haunted house with monsters in the graveyard and flying ghosts. This was carved from several sheet cakes. The shingles are graham crackers, and the ghosts & monsters are marshmallows (store bought). The front porch overhang is held up with pirouettes cut down to appear like columns. The graves are fondant tombstones with caramel crumbles for dirt. The grass is tinted coconut over BC. The ghosts are glued with candy to wires to make the "fly" around the top of the house.
This cake had a balloon topper (5 balloons and ribbons) on lolipop sticks, too. For a little girl's 7th birthday.
