one of the spa girls says it's her birthday, can I make her a cake..anything,whatever I had..so I pulled a small oval cake I had been saving to make my first purse from...I get a call, she left without her cake, calls me and tells me she will share it with her coworkers the next day...So, since I had started the cake I decided to finish it, even though the front desk has ordered 3 cakes from some other place, I made the cake without any support since it was only supposed to go to the front desk!!
A small last minute order for New Years. The hands are made from white chocolate and dusted with pearl dust to match the pearls that I added to mark the hours. The Numbers I already had cut out, so they look a little unmatched..lol
Saw some slot machine cakes and loved the way the coins flew around the cake..so...here is my version on a Birthday Money cake

The chocolate started to crack, the cake truffle was used frozen and made the chocolate crack. Need to work through that..

nothing special...after spending so much time trying to fix the chocolate cake..I just threw this one together.
Never try to paint red gel on a chocolate fondant cake..lol I had to paint it 3 times, I gave up and just tried to fill them in with icing!
Just a cake for my local bank branch for all the help they gave me..
my cake cracked so I had the sticky notes placed on the crack on both sidse of the cake...also the heat of the room made the fondant bubble out, so I fixed it with a piece of cake that I decorated as a sticky pad block. They loved the cake, thank goodness..I priced it at 50.00, I know too low, it was my first one for the hotel manager...Someone came in and priced it at $150.00...that's what the next one will be..lol

Never try to double guess yourself late and in the dark. I thought the frog cake wasn't enough so I ended up messing him up when I moved him onto another cake to make sure they had enough cake for the party. lol So my frog Prince lookeds like he's a little STONED or DRUNK! lol He looked better when I started!! ugh
This cake was for a repeat customer that told me the theme of her party was a Luau..she had already ordered the torso guy and he went from wearing a leopard bathng suit and bow tie to being dressed for the luau..lol
The balls just got larger and larger as I got going. I bought a rack to put them on after I dipped them and all that I manage to do was get them stuck, so I had to redip them, they weren't too smooth to begin with but after I double dipped them they ended up looking like CAKE ROCKS instead of cake balls! lol But they were YUMMY!
This was for 2 couples that were celebrating their birthdays, The Russian girl likes her Champagne and the guy likes the Vodka. My first time making bottles! the caps could use some work...so I have to thin down the necks some more.

I was practicing the heart for Valentine's Day. Since it was Halloween...I just added some red gel and some little bats...but the main thing is I was practicing the HEART as I want to use it for VD cakes. I was thinking of making an edible "KNIFE" to stick into it...lol and there are other posibilities for the NAUGHTY GALLERY also!
